每年11月第四个星期四是西方（美国、加拿大）一年一度的感恩节，人们合家欢聚，全家人在一起享受丰盛的节日大餐，意在感谢生命中遇到的人和事。于此，我们借西方的感恩节，抓住教育契机开展了系列感恩活动，让幼儿感知父母的艰辛，感知父母的厚爱，学会尊敬长辈，学会与同伴友好相处，学会表达爱、回报爱，从而将感恩的种子播撒在幼儿的心田。

The fourth Thursday of November is the annual Thanksgiving Day in the Western countries, including United States, Canada, etc. On this day, families and friends gather together and enjoy a festive feast, expressing their “thanks”to the people and things they meet in lives.

In this regard, we would like to take Thanksgiving Day as an opportunity to carry out a series of Thanksgiving activities, for our children to perceive the hardship and immense love of their parents, to respect elders, to learn to get along well with their peers, and to learn to express love and return love, planting the seed of Thanksgiving in their hearts.

感谢老师——感恩老师每天陪我做游戏

感谢厨房叔叔阿姨——他们是每天可口饭菜的制造者。

I’m thankful for the ladies and gentlemen working in the kitchen because they prepare delicious food for us every day.

感谢花朵——花朵装点了我们的生活。

Thanks to the flowers for decorating our lives.

感谢小草——小草给地球妈妈穿上了绿衣。

Thanks to the grass for putting green clothes on mother nature.

感谢同伴——好朋友一同游戏一同学习。

Thanks to dear friends for playing and studying with me.

爱的拥抱——老师的拥抱是温暖的，同伴的拥抱是友好的。

感恩节意义深远，可以让我们的孩子学会换位思考，理解父母，珍惜朋友，感恩生活。感恩节活动结束了，但爱的教育会一直延续在学前教育的整个过程，让爱与感恩的心根植于每一个孩子的心灵。

Thanksgiving Day is of great significance because it helps our children to learn empathy, to understand their parents, to cherish their friends, and to be grateful for life. Though Thanksgiving Day activities have been finished, our teachings of affection which are meant to plant love and gratefulness in every child's soul will continue throughout the entire process of preschool education.
